I played the demo. Not bad, but I still prefer a more realistic game if they plan on using actual armies.

TEAMWORK, this is the most needed thing in this game. Every map I've played everyone did what they wanted.  There is a map (dont know names yet) with a humongous crane in it.  I spawned with my squad atop it. It was a 32 man server and it was full.  Their was about 8 guys sniping from the top of it while the other team were capping their flags.  They just rolled around the city doing it, while these morons were trying to pick them off one by one.  Works great if they werent rolling in tanks and APCs, parking near the flag and not getting out.  I went around trying to cap them for us with no help.  Very annoying.  So please guys if you have any interest in this game , buy it and we can get together and form a squad and use teamwork.  Just my two cents. 


By the way I'm a rocket whore in BF2 as well.  I spawn as the anti-tank kit and shoot every one with the tank gun.

LOL @ Mike the rocket-whore. I completely agree about teamwork. You simply cannot win rounds if the majority of your team is sniping solo on a hill. Plus, that crane is a terrible spot to snipe, one of the most obvious. I have gone up there before and knifed a couple of snipers without them even seeing me. And Mike, all you gotta do is holler "I'm bingo on ammo!" and drj will be there to resupply you, ya big rocket whore.  You gonna play later today? BTW, what program did you use to track me and find me on the server?

Lack of teamwork is one of the main things keeping me away. I mean come on. It's built for good teamwork!!

Mike, how did you do that round we won? Sorry I couldnt talk, I was in commander mode. Hehehe, leading our forces to victory. I got a few tk's, surprisingly no one bitched about them. Then again, they shouldnt be running into the big red thing on the map. My comp crashed the next game afterwards. I think its cause I left McAfee running while playing. I was killing fools left and right with arty. I must have had 25+ kills and only a coupe deaths.  Lemme know if there is anything I could have improved on. Commander mode is still new to me, but I had a rather decent game. My best kill was on the other commander. He was lying stationary for minutes  on end. I thought he was a sniper, and didnt want to waste arty on one guy.. I zoomed in on him and saw he was just commanding from an open point. BOOM! Artillery shell up his ass.

I have an excellent solution to get in a good squad. Start your own squad, and name it TEAMWORK. It will fill up in no time with people who want to play together as a squad.
