That MOBO I showed you has a switch that you hook the fans to that automatically controls the fan speeds based on unit temp

well now that i'm back online(finally)i can finfish d/l steam updates and see what it will do.seems stable so far.my only complaint is that there is noise from the onboard audio.if i scroll the mouse wheel i hear a faint itchy noise through the speakers.not  a real big deal.had to buy a new game to properly test(hehe).GHOST RECON advanced warfighter, awesome looking game, hard as hell though.system runs it very well as it should, with everything maxed.hl2 is also all maxed, runs it super smooth, but i can't remember how to show fps in the console thingy,showfps_,something,help please.

running the 91.47 drivers for the graphics cards.noticed that video playback(from any source)was extremly too dark.after reading some posts in nvidia's 91.47 forum's thread this was an easy fix.switch nvidia control panel to classic view.then go into color correction tab.start sliding the sliders whichever way until you've screwd your picture all up.then hit restore defaults.i did this while playing a dvd in the background and it was an instant fix but i'll see if it sticks.games have had no color or brightness problems from the beginning.

You don't even have to do all of that, Smoke.  Go to the color correction tab.  You'll see a "apply colors to:" drop down.  Change it to "All" - apply.  Done.  Its been a bug since the mid 8x.xx drivers.
