3 hours trying to download it and the file got all corrupted like. Trying to download it again. >.<

For anyone that has a message saying
"This application has failed to start because of a missing .dll file reloading the game may fix it" You do not have to redownload or re-install. All you will have to do is download the latest full package directX 9.0c from this link.

Once you have it downloaded create a temp folder somewhere on your hard drive. You will need that when you try to run the application. Once you do run the applicaiton it will ask you where to extract the files. Use that temp folder you just created. Once the files are extracted there find the one labeled "DXSETUP" Double click it to begin the install. Once the install is complete then try starting the demo again. All should be good!

I'm afraid to download it because of all the crap that was put on my computer when I downloaded Dark Mesiahh of M&M

Because of that download my comp. had to go into the shop for about a week to get it cleaned up.

Really? The "delete local files" option didn't work fully for Dark Messiah?

Horrah I got it downloaded. And I'm using an unreccomended opporating system! It's pretty cool, not fantasically amazing, but cool and has some unique equipment. It's kind of like the Dystopia mod with more vehicules.

I had that problem and it worked :D after reading your instructions.

yet I face the same problems I had when I had battlefield 2 and this time I have no clue what the problem might be. The game keeps crashing in the middle of game play. What a pain. :-\
