hehe, your guys are too much.
Y'know Smack... you offered to fix the alpha transparency on my terrorist spray if I sent it to you but what I'd really like is an explanation on how to do it myself.  I use Jasc Paint Shop Pro so I'm just hoping its possible with this program, I've tried several guides but something always goes wrong when I try to use it.  Any chance you can help me on that?  I'd be willing to transfer you $100,000 in CS:S
