sounds like a hardware problem then. Meph is the king of solving that.

Also, in Vista, you can disable the "do you want to do that" messages. I know I have.

yeah that's what i did and then it gave me system dump errors, it just doesn't like me

get it to run 1 os first,i would start with xp.leave everything unhooked and uninstalled that is not critical to run.1 hdd,mouse,keyboard,video are all you want,no sound card even if it's onboard,no printer.load minimal software and all updates.if you have 2 sticks of ram,pull one run it,then switch them out and then try it both.try to single out the component.software test ram and hard drives.if all is well here load audio,and some hardware monitoring software and your most graphically intense game,insert updated drivers here not later.now pound the hell out of it,max everything you can depending on the game.adjust settings to what it can handle.what's the hardware monitoring telling you?volts?vid,ram,hdd and cpu temps?then iguess install antivirus get on the web and go from there.

alas Resolved, I opened it up and was switchin out the RAM and my vid card requires two molex connectors.  I had used a y splitter on one and they were both connected to the vid card, i gues it worked for a while but my powersupply must be goin
