alright so after playing the crysis demo today i think its time for an upgrade.in order for me to get the 7950 gx2 or whatever it is for quad sli it says i need to update my m/b crap.the question is do i need to install all of them in order because some of them say must have previous version installed and im way outdated.

wow that helped alot! anyway forget about it i have done some research and found that one 8800 gtx if better than 4 7950's anyway.So im gonna go that way with my upgrade.
