Getting rid of second title gets rid of administrator title in post,  Put in custom title box. :)

Changed the user display so that only the user's rank and custom title.  Thought that it was getting cluttered with multiple user groups, a post count group and custom title for some us.

If you are not part of a member group, you have a small colored bar that indicates your place in the postcount groups.

Finally tracked down an odd bug that was adding an extra / to site urls.  Seems to have reduced some of the load time, too, which is always nice.

Also fixed the header area so our logo fits correctly.  Well, at least it fits in FF correctly.

Strange.  I was having that issue until earlier today when I finally tracked down where that extra slash was coming from.  Now it's nice and peppy, especially on the forum page.  The stats stuff is slow on the front page, tho.

Sigs have been increased to 500 characters.
Fixed issue with lists in forum posts.
Figured out the sig issue, but can't fix it until a slot opens on the server.
