this map seems like it can be cool.... but only when the classes people choose are correct... having no medics on this map is a no no for sure.

I have to say, after at first not liking it very much, it has kind of grown on me.  One thing I would like to see, though, is more exits from the ductwork system.  If there were more exits, the ducts would be more useful, and it would be fun to try and run around up there sniping at things from the ceiling.  As it is, it is pretty easy to avoid the line of sight from the single vent when building sentries, etc, although it is really fun as a soldier to find something just in range... watching the surprise and panic in the enemy lines is awesome when you start knocking them down from above... if this is coordinated with a spy raid or assault-in-numbers, it is pretty hard to stop.  Of course, they may be doing the same thing to you.

The answer I have found to the ducts when defending is to put a couple of stickies up there on the edge, just inside on the side enemies come from.  Usually they shoot as soon as they look down, and then, one right click later, their body parts fall down out of the vent!

In sudden death, it is important to remember to defend both entrances to your intel room.  You can pretty much neglect the one on the respawn side most of the time during regular gameplay because your dead teammates are constantly coming out of that hallway.  But in sudden death, my team has gotten a couple easy captures by hitting their intel room "from the back."
