i have been here for a month or so and love it! what else is there to say?

the forum is great!

the people are awesome!

and the servers are sweet!

this brings me to the reason why i am asking for you to consider me for your clan so early.

i have been locked out on clan nights and just flat out cant get on when the server is full. i love playing here with your guys and when i cant get on, i just wait hoping that i auto login some time before i have to go to bed. i have tried other severs before when i couldn't get on yours, annnnd......yea. it just sucks. no communication other than swearing at people that aren't that good or don't do something the way someone else wanted and people just stay what ever class they want no matter what. the people on here seem to be more flexible to the map and opposing team to decide what class their going to be. and when someone new shows up people from the clan are always there to help out.

what anomaly can do for the clan...

i believe i have proven to be a active member of your forums helping out with hardware/software issues when i can... and of coarse the general discussion as well.

as the servers go i have held my place in the top 10 on your TF2 server for a while now and i think that says something. not in the sense that i am skilled, because i understand  thats not your goal as a clan, but in the sense that i am a regular. i play everyday i can get on which is often enough to maintain that rank and enjoy playing when i do.

please consider me for the clan. i understand that it maybe a bit to early but i only like to play on your servers and i get bummed out when i cant get on.

Just want to say (as a non-clan member) that I have really enjoyed playing with Anomaly on the servers (and sniping his juicy HWG fabus).  He is a cool guy!

Did you read the threads where other people applied recently or should I go through the "getting to know you" routine? 
Basically it all comes down to waiting, and being active.  We are all friends here so it can take some time to accept a newcomer.

hopefully i get more well known as time goes on. until then ill get on the servers when i can.

I hear ya.  Before I got accepted the main game was HL2DM with a little bit of CS:S, and the servers weren't so full that I had trouble getting on most nights, but I still felt so left out on clan nights.

what is probie status? and how is it granted?

When we vote to let a person in they become a probie for a while.  Not sure how long it lasts exactly, but they can't vote about letting new people join though they enjoy all the other benefits of being in the clan.

I'm waiting to get in the clan myself (probly need to be more active), but anywho you should be able to make it in just fine you have 160 some-odd posts, you haven't (from what I've seen) done anything jerk-like, and you have fun. plus you have a mic (from what I've seen its a bonus) so i think you have a pretty good shot at getting in

Being active is not what we are looking for.  Contributing to the community in a way that shares who you are is what we are looking for.

i hear what your saying mephisto. you don't just want active people and players.... if that was the case the forums could get flooded with idiots. you guys want friends. people that you know and enjoy cracking jokes at just for them to crack even better jokes back at you... stuff like that and i totally understand.

i will be getting married soon and after that im sure i will be spending ALOT more time at home once my wife to be and i move in together... as opposed to hanging out with friends at their houses and stuff.... just a hunch  so im not planning on leaving the forums any time soon. i enjoy everyones company on here and hope you guys feel the same way.  i guess what im trying to say is that i like it here, i am patient and  hope one day we all consider each other friends.
