I need to get my hands on a copy of xp pro....my shuttle has it but i want it on this comp..here is the problem i dont have the cd..i have the code by means of a program that gets it off your comp.And as far as i know its a legal copy because it downloads updates like normal....Any ideals????

you can prolly download it, as long as you have a legal key it shouldn't have any legal ramifications unless it was cracked or something.  But anywho I'm gona make my self a new XP pro install disk with nLite and stick all my drivers and all the software straight into it

dude that would be awesome! i wish i new about that when i was a student.  :-\  ether way my girl still is a student,  so i could have her buy one or two for me if need be. i just dont even know how to go about getting one via student discount.

that sux, I think in mine you have to be in the IT field, but with all the software you could sign up for a class and get the account and then resell it for profit

Can anyone send me a copy of an XP Home CD? I have my own key, but I've misplaced my CD...it would just be easier than trying to find a clean version on the interweb.
