Yes, I plagiarized the Hon. M_Kur's vote post, but hey, sue me.

Enigma has been here a while, so it's time to vote.

Yes means YES.
No means NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS WILL YOU SAY YES.  He should be banned and never allowed to play here again.  (yes it is *that* strong of a vote).  If you vote NO, you must give an explanation.
NMT (Need More Time) - counted as a No vote, but without prejudice.  In your mind he can reapply later when you get to know him more.

Simple majority wins, but with heavy weight carried by any NO votes.

I almost voted NMT because he disappeared for a long time but I don't have a problem with him and he's going to get in anyway so I voted yes.

what the hell, caluub.  Your vote is YOUR vote, not anyone else's.  If you want to vote nmt, from now on you *do* so and stop thinking you are going with the flow by telling us all that you only voted yes because "he was going to get in anyway."  that attitude helps no one.
