DVD burning software(?)
« on: May 30, 2008, 01:10:28 am »
I can't find a program that would let me burn avi files WITH the accompanied SSA/sub files... if it was just the avi.. i could use any program, but the ones i have dont let me add SSA... funny thing is is that I did it before...but now apparantly i cant do it anymore..

My DVDShrink stopped working properly...anyone recommend another program? I tried DVDFab, but I don't like paying to use a ripping program.

convertXtoDVD worked.. only thing is that i had to manually set my dvd player to show subtitles (since there was no menu in the dvd).. a bit of a minor inconvenience.. but its ok

convertxtodvd was great..worked with any format i had.

nero is cool, nero 7.

or you can use the adobe one.

then again its all about preference. Convertxtodvd is the fastest way to make it, while making it lackluster in some things (like menu layout and stuff)
while adobe can make things look cool.

Also, there is still a free version of DVDFab here.

Have you tried DVD Decrypter?

I've tried DVD Decrypter, DVDFab, and DVD Shrink, but I just use DVD Shrink, it's more user friendly
