lol, so far I'm not impressed with this game.  Everytime I moved it sounds like friggn jingle bells.  And the graphics look worse than COD4.  And the guns suck monkey balls.

Yes it is a beta, but there are just too many issues with it, I would call it an Alpha.  The sound, everytime you walk, it sounds like you're wearing spurs.
The graphics look pre-COD4, especially the character models.
The guns, they weren't balanced at all.  The only gun that seemed to be killing people effectively was the Thompson. 
The assault rifles looked funky as hell when you ran with them.
I was better off just running up and trying to shank the guy.  And that's what people were doing.
Tanks are ridiculously hard to blow up, I took one through a tank battle, an artillery barrage, several nades, numerous people pounding the crap out of it, and it was just unstoppable for the longest time.  The only thing that blew it up was satchel charges.
People weren't even attempting to attack the tanks half the time.
They replaced airstrikes with dogs, and the dogs look cheesy as hell.  They attacked me like a poodle would, nipping at my ankles.  They were the size of poodles too.  A real attack dog would leap on you, knock you to the ground, and try to rip your throat out.  Their running animation was fake as hell, I don't think any of the developers actually own a dog.

necroing this post, but I have some beta keys available, supposedly open beta is june 09 for Battlefield: Heroes.  Caluub and I have been playing it.
