i would say the same time length as when gears of war came out for pc, if not longer.

gears of war 2 will according to developpers, never be release for PC...  I played Gears of War on the PC and it is a great game. You should really play that game.

maybe they are trying to drive XBox sales?

the logic might be that everyone needs a computer so no extra income gained off of windows sales than normal, but not everyone needs a XBox.

then after some people cave and get the XBox they release it for PC to get the rest of the game title sales in the bag.

Did some melee runs (shooting bosses only, later only shooting witches and tanks), and got a half-decent vid together.  Check it out.

If I am not mistaken those of you who did not pre-purchase Left 4 Dead already will be able to download the Demo and play small portion of the game for Free ...Again if I am not mistaken this happens tomorrow (Tuesday) those who are still skeptical about whether or not they want the game will be able to try it out. Hope to more you playing the game!

imagine!    this is a game where i can't imagine playing with total strangers.  with so few people on a team, you really have to have people who know their stuff.
