Perhaps look into becoming a chaplain in the military?
That would actually be pretty cool... but my main focus is with the youth (high school and middle school age) but i'm down for wherever God leads me

I work in the media department of a university library.  I teach video editing, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.  I also do simple web-design.  This is the first 'real' job I've ever had, and the thought of having to do something like this for the next thirty years really bothers me.

i worked in the media office at my college while i was there.  I mainly worked with indesign and illustrator.  I loved it... but i can see teaching it not really being that much fun.  My brother actually owns a media business just doing everything from photography and photo editing to videography and video editing and then simple projects for different companies.  I shoot wedding with him sometimes and he pays me really well so i can't pass it up

Sweet. One of my good friends owns a coffee shop in Dehnam Springs. I always mean to visit him in his caffeinated habitat, mention my name and maybe he'll give you a free Granita (Charlotte's) just for knowing of my existence.

other than starbucks i think the other coffee shop is whistle stop.

Currently I'm employed as a Silk Sceener / Embroiderer.  Pretty fun stuff. But hopefully I'll be moving soon and getting back to school. Still haven't decided what I'll go for though. Top votes are IT or Electronic engineering.

I'm a Social Work Supervisor at a foster care agency.  I supervise 4 caseworkers and 1 parent aide.  I'm also the unofficial IT person when no one from that department is around.

lol  it's also funny when the IT people knows less than what you know, and you're in another profession.

currently employed as back office support for a bond trading firm.  i do data entry, office management, trade problems, gopherism (breakfast & Starbucks runs), and de facto IT work.  this is a job, not a career.

i also started a webcomic two months ago called Wighthouse, but i don't see that turning into a moneymaker any time soon.

As of right now due to my current move from FL back to Mass, I am unemployed and working on a few different possibilities. Before I moved I was a decorative concrete technician for 4 years, which basically entailed everything from using a heavy concrete scarifier and handgrinders to remove excess paint. To troweling lairs of cement and stucco hoppers to make a design. Also manufactured our own thermal-plastic paint in shop by mixing different chemicals and such into a 500 gallon vat to be mixed up, which we used in another process of our decorative portion of the job. Basically I did a lot there and still kind of miss it.

Now i'm working on becoming an installer for a Comcast subcontracting compay where my brother works. Hopefully plan to get back to school for IT security one day.
