Never heard of it. Is it in eastern Mass? I'm only familiar with western Mass. My father lives in Plainfield, I was born in Greenfield.

Someday, You, Me (and anyone else who wishes to trek) Sox game. :D

anyways.

Meph I would actually love to have the fulltime job of taking care of my kids, but it's not gonna happen as the Ex has em.

Right now I'm unemployed, but i used to pay the bills with a job as a Walmart associate.
Now my furture endeavors will include a PT job somewhere and maybe being a fulltime student? The Student is a must for me as that's the direction I wanna go, I never had the chance to go to college, now I just wanna hit up the local CC and maybe take a few classes if not a CC, then see where I can get at one of the local UNi's

well... i currenly am a shift manager for Starbucks.  Drem i agree with you about babysitting people all the time that are older than me. It's pretty ridiculous that a 22 year old is having to have "coaching conversations" with people much older than me about their behavior and performance.  So i do that 32 hours a week. and then on top of that i am the "Youth Apprentice" at my church and taking ministry classes to learn how to reach out to the youth that come to youth group once a week.  I have one 6 week class left in the program and then i will recieve a bible certificate.  After that i will work on being licensed to the state as a Pastor.  and then start working on ordination with my demonination.  should be all done with all this towards the end of the year and then idk what i'll be doing or where i'll be going.

welp scratch all that lol!!!  I just took a job working for intuit!  I had an interview with them yesterday and they need me to start on the 1st and i told them i needed to be able to give notice at my job at starbucks and they must have taken me seriously cause they called me back while i was still driving home! so i took the job and handed in my notice today at starbucks and i start a week from monday at intuit doing support and sales on their homestead products, but mostly support for their web builder software!  Pretty excited where this takes me!  i also will no longer be doing my apprenticeship at the church so i'm pretty much rearranging my whole life in the matter of a week    pretty crazy but i feel like it is the right decision... wish me luck ya'll

I used to own my own IT consulting business for a couple of years.

I've been working a IT security and network engineering job at a hospital IT services firm for a year now.

After 15 years of doing this stuff, I'm pretty much burnt out and ready for a change.  I'm pulling the yellow stripey handles and working on going back to school, first for a BA in nursing, then after a couple of years of that, going back for a Master's and becoming a Physician Assistant.

Well, the ultimate goal is PA school, so I don't expect to stay in nursing for too long.

As for the IT thing, I'm a combination of burnt, bored, and sick of doing the same crap over and over and over again.  There's only so many VPNs I can do without going nuts.
