the bomb time depends on the map. on really big maps where the bomb sites are hundreds of yards away 45 seconds is fine. but on like bahrain or newport (aka going from bathroom to patio) you can make it between bomb sites in seconds. but i think the times are perfect since you dont just 'run up there and difuse it' you have to watch out for terrorists guarding the bomb, setting up a perimeter, etc.
