Virus help [Kavo/Ntdelect.com]

So it would seem i picked up ntdelect.com somewhere with my usb stick, and while i have no problem getting it off my machine, I'm having difficultys getting it off of my USB stick. Anyone happen to know an easy way to get rid of it? I just noticed it got on there when I plugged it into my friends Mac yesterday. Tried to delete it but it said it was 'locked'. Any suggestions?
