Alright, I use Comcast, and I have Outlook Express 6.0, and I tried making my account, and I keep getting the same problem; using mail.comcast.net and smtp.comcast.net (as suggested by Harry):

There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was rejected. Account: 'mail.comcast.net', Server: 'mail.comcast.net', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR box locked [INACTIVE]', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92

Any help would be appreciated, thanxz!

Yup, go with Rayven's suggestion and contact Comcast.  It sounds like it's more a problem with the mailbox than with Outlook Express.  To be sure, try to use a different e-mail program, such as Mozilla Thunderbird and see if you get the same or similar error message.
