It means you can't link or refer people to sites whose primary function is to betray the copyright granted to them by an entity such as The People's Republic of China or The United States of America.

 warez through torrents almost always have ,some trojan or back door entry program attached to them . not worth downloading them

Ok, since I have my own thread (thank you Mephogre or other mod) let me ask about plug-ins. Raven, you were saying something about speed plugins? I use Azureus. But to be honest, it slows my computer down a lot. My old lady starts yelling "drJ I have an online exam to take, and this thing is too slow, whats wrong with it?!?!?!?!"
LOL, she has gotten acustomed to the dual raptors in Raid and the computer booting up in 3 seconds.

Check which files you are sharing.  Azureus analyzes each file you are sharing once (not each time you start it); this takes a significant amount of system resources.  If you are sharing a large number of files, this process will take a while.  You can change the application's priority in the Windows Task Manager to low to solve this problem, or leave Azureus running overnight one time.

The autospeed plugin manages the speed  of upload ,download .

Dj is right the number of dowanloads  and uploads affect the perfomance significantly . 

The theorotical solutions are , reducing priority , stopping sharing when running other programs ,dowloading less porn ,but as none of these are going to happen ,the best solution is what dj suggested , run it in the night

thats what I do.  I go home after work, stop sharing it and reboot my machine.  So I seed from the time it's done til I shut it off.
