Maybe someone's getting this too. I play quicktime movies as well as h.264 encoded with Quicktime, the rest with media player classic. Now the problem is, sometimes quicktime will run fine and perfectly. Others, the screen will turn all green and it freezes up the computer, gotta kill in the task manager. I heard this was caused by too many codecs conflicting but I just think QT is a pos  :2funny:

Any Ideas ? It's QT Pro 7.0.3, previous versions always did that too, not new.

I haven't used Quicktime since QT Alternative came out.  I play everything in Media Player.  Works fine, and even handles calls in the web browser if you put the plugins where they should go.

Sorry, tho, can't help you.

I wish everyone would quit using the .mov format altogether, even for h.264. It is NOT native to QT yet they make it seem to be the case. Stupid Apple  :tickedoff:

I think someone else here on the forums had a similar problem.  Try searching for the topic.

I was so happy when I came across Media Player Classic, especially the one for realaudio/video files.  Realplayer is a classic example of bloated software.
